2022年10月3日至6日，“10th International Virus Assembly Symposium”在葡萄牙召开。受Polly Roy和Hong Zhou教授的邀请，李赛在会上作了题为“In situ architecture and membrane fusion of SARS-CoV-2”的特邀报告。

会后，李赛受牛津大学Peijun Zhang教授邀请回到母校作报告。在英期间，李赛受Dave Stuart教授邀约参观了英国国家Diamond同步辐射光源。返程前，李赛经Félix A. Rey教授邀请在法国巴斯德所作报告。
